1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the KhedutBandhu mobile application or visiting our website (https://khedutbandhu.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Description of Agricultural Services
KhedutBandhu delivers digital agricultural companion tools, including live APMC Mandi rates, AI-assisted Crop Doctor diagnostics, peer-to-peer Kisan Bazaar marketplace listings, Farmer Chaupal community interaction, weather forecasts, and government scheme updates. All advisory information is provided to empower farmers and should be supplemented with local agronomy expertise where necessary.
3. User Responsibilities & Farmer Conduct
- You agree to provide accurate registration details (valid mobile number) via WhatsApp OTP verification.
- In the Kisan Bazaar module, you agree to post authentic descriptions, genuine photos, and truthful prices for agricultural produce, seeds, equipment, or machinery.
- You must not post harmful, fraudulent, obscene, abusive, or copyright-infringing content on Farmer Chaupal or Bazaar listings.
- SmartTechDevs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach community guidelines or engage in fraudulent activities.
4. Kisan Bazaar Peer-to-Peer Transactions
KhedutBandhu acts solely as a communication platform connecting farmers directly to other farmers or agricultural buyers. We are not a broker, escrow agent, or party to any transaction negotiated between buyers and sellers. Users are advised to inspect goods and equipment thoroughly before finalizing payments or transactions.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, design elements, logos, interfaces, algorithms, and code associated with KhedutBandhu are the intellectual property of SmartTechDevs and protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.
6. Privacy Policy Integration
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and protect your privacy when using our services. By using KhedutBandhu, you consent to our data practices described therein.
