Scheme Overview & Benefits
RKVY is a flagship scheme providing flexible funding to States and agri-entrepreneurs to stimulate public investment in agriculture and allied sectors. Key components include:
Agri-Startup & Incubation: Financial grants-in-aid of up to Rs. 25.00 Lakhs for idea-stage and early-stage agri-startups, youth innovators, and farming technology enterprises.
Farm Mechanization & Value Addition: Up to 40% to 50% subsidy on modern agricultural machinery, custom hiring centers (CHCs), and primary sorting/cleaning units.
Infrastructure & Soil Health: State projects on soil health enhancement, natural resource management, and high-value agriculture infrastructure.
